RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Maintain and calibrate all process instrumentation on a routine basis and provide emergency repairs and/or replacement of equipment as necessary.
  • Develop recommendations to replace antiquated monitoring systems that require excess maintenance or do not meet accuracy standards.
  • Ensure that the working environment of the Instrumentation & Control group is subject to meet the standards set forth by the Company Safety Department.
  • Oversee the field installation of new systems to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance procedures for inspections of instrumentation under both idle and/ or operating conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation OR Control technology or technical School is a Plus. (Preferred not Required)
  • Experience, such as field experience in mechanics or electrical in a power or manufacturing/plant or similar environment is required. Will also consider hands-on Control & Instrumentation experience in a classroom environment.
  • Previous experience with Combustion Control is a Plus, not required.
  • Client will train on this if needed!
