Incredible opportunity to join our award-winning Lighting / LED Manufacturer client that is seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives to uphold the service level and success of the company has achieved for 20 years. 

The company is proud to be a family-owned business. They offer a comprehensive line of energy-efficient LED bulbs, fixtures, and luminaires for every application. Their lights come equipped with high-performance diodes which emit an industry-leading amount of lumens per watt ration and are available in various color temperatures and flood degrees. Known for quality, durability, and performance, our LED lighting solutions are in high demand among electrical supply houses and lighting suppliers across the continental U.S.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

he Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are essential contributors to the sales and operations team that maintain the highest level of client service standards set by the company and are a reflection of a premium brand.

As a client-facing team member, the CSR is responsible for engaging with clients both in outbound initiatives and inbound service support all with a clear focus to deliver resolutions to dynamic customer needs. 

  • Maintain and support communications and client inquiries through all client touchpoints
  • Maintain product line knowledge and understanding (training provided)
  • Responsibly and empathetically manage customer needs in a respectful and efficient manner
  • CRM record management
  • Outside and Inside Sales team support
  • Processing orders, changes, logistic bookings, inventory records
  • Alignment between client and supply lines were required
  • Inter-departmental support for client service
  • Effectively escalate and resolve high-priority client tickets and request
  • Collect and manage data 
  • Support system administration
  • Continual learning and product knowledge development
  • Provide feedback on customer service engagement trends including reporting and input to management.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has experience in Customer Service, in the industry or related industries to have the most immediate impact and to best comprehend product lines and business flow. 

  • CSR has a remarkably positive personality and perspective and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Is able to easily engage and manage a range of personalities. 
  • You are a problem solver and an impeccable administrator.
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience
  • Excellent communicator in English (Spanish is an asset)
  • Service-oriented with emotional intelligence
  • Highly organized and proficient.
  • 2-Years min. experience working in customer support.
  • 1-Years min. experience in the lighting or electrical supply distribution industry.
  • Available from 9 – 5 pm EST

Education:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
