FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Our award-winning Lighting / LED Manufacturer client is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to work with the company’s Executive team to help maintain and contribute to the continued success and growth they have been experiencing since 2005.

The company is proud to be a family-owned business. They offer a comprehensive line of energy-efficient LED bulbs, fixtures, and luminaires for every application. Their lights come equipped with high-performance diodes which emit an industry-leading amount of lumens per watt ration, and are available in a variety of color temperatures and flood degrees. Known for quality, durability, and performance, our LED lighting solutions are in high demand among electrical supply houses and lighting suppliers across the continental U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full Charge AP and AR including monthly asset and debt reconciliations
  • Manage company billings and collections
  • Responsible for GL and all reporting
  • Review and approve vendor invoicing, and payments
  • Provide full responsibility for vendor and trade contacts, agreements, and terms
  • Assist the principal in other day-to-day activities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as full charge Bookkeeper/ Controller in a fast-paced environment (Preferred)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with strategic planning
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with QuickBooks and GP Dynamics (A Plus, not Required)
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
